1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ak71 platform, including all games, betting products, and services available on our website. By registering an account or continuing to use ak71, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

ak71 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use ak71's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ak71 strictly enforces a 21+ only policy across all products and services.
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. False information may result in account termination.
• You must hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may be permanently closed without notice.

ak71 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any point. Failure to provide these within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. We accept government-issued national ID, passport, or driving licence as valid identification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ak71 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount unless specified otherwise. Rollover must be completed before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering conditions are met in full.
• ak71 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus systems (e.g. using multiple accounts to claim the same offer) will have their accounts suspended and any bonus-related winnings forfeited.

Free spins issued as part of any promotion are credited to eligible slot games only and expire within 7 days of issuance if not used.

5. Responsible Gaming

Under-Age Access Prevention

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak71 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity including using stolen payment details, chargebacks made in bad faith, or colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Money laundering or using the platform in connection with any illegal financial activities. ak71 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ak71 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game titles, software, and interface designs, is the intellectual property of ak71 or its content licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, upload, broadcast, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from any ak71 content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal proceedings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak71 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from platform unavailability, technical failures, or service interruptions.
• Interruption of any game or bet due to connectivity issues, device failures, or unexpected maintenance periods.
• Any errors in published odds, payout tables, or promotional terms that are clearly attributable to a technical or clerical mistake.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the ak71 platform shall first be submitted to ak71 customer support for informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the parties agree to pursue alternative dispute resolution before seeking relief through the courts.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

ak71 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or a court or regulatory order requiring us to do so. Upon closure of an account, any outstanding balance (less any bonus funds that have not met wagering conditions) will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method, subject to verification.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the ak71 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
